A Lemon-Aid Stand project is inspired by the love and passion of young nieces and nephews that use their talents to honor the memory of their Uncle and help others impacted by this terrible disease of ALS. The project is specifically named after Brooke's Lemon-Aid Stand. As, 10 year old Brooke participates in Lemonade Day! and chooses to donate her proceeds to help and support families impacted by ALS. The name is symbolic as it represents youth in business, creating aid out of the lemon of ALS, and simply matches the acronym- ALS
There are many more inspried youth out there that want to actively engage and contribute in the fight against ALS. A Lemon-Aid Stand project was created to help mentor and support the passion of these young leaders by supporting them and providing a bridge to be involved in awareness, fundraising, and charitable giving.
